We offer free shipping & delivery
We are only able to deliver to UK mainland.
Orders will nomally be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery generally takes 2 days. Note we only send items out from Monday to Thursday. We dont like them waiting in weekend post.
We will advise you if there is any delay and give you the choice of waiting or a refund.
We use Royal Mail second class and delivery normally takes 3- 5 working days. For Orchids only we use Royal Mail First Class (for no additional charge) as they are delicate.

We pack our plants very carefully to ensure safe delivery. However if your plant has been damaged in transit e.g tears to the leaves, you must advise us within 7 days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org Sometimes leaves tip can go slightly brown in delivery, if so give them a spray of water.
We are unable to offer an express delivery at this time. (This may change in the future.)
All delivery dates are estimates; we cannot guarantee delivery times.
If you are not satisfied with the product, we will work with you to find a way to rectify it. We pride ourselves in a 7 days return policy. If you are not 100 % happy we will issue a full refund with cost of standard postage, once item has been returned. For this you should contact us within 7 days once receiving the plant. Please email us at email@example.com stating the date you ordered, your order number and stating the reason for your query or if you would like to return the produt or request a replacement. A photo of the damage item helps to process this replacement more quickly.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products on your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we will send the products we have in stock and refund the purchase price of any unavailable product if payment has been taken.
