Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with the product, we will work with you to find a way to rectify it.
We pride ourselves on a 7 days return policy. If not 100 % happy we will do a full refund with the cost of standard postage, once the item has been returned.
For this, you should contact us within 7 days once receiving the plant. Please email us at email@example.com stating the date you ordered, order number and stating the reason for your query or if need to return or a replacement. A photo of the damaged item helps to process this replacement more quickly.
